Product Features & Competitive Advantages
DPDT (2C) Configuration: Provides two independent changeover contact sets, allowing control of two separate circuits or load types from a single relay – ideal for complex logic.
Ultra-Low Coil Power: Consumes only 0.3–0.43W, reducing heat generation and enabling direct drive from logic circuits (PLC, microcontroller).
Fast Switching Speed: ≤4ms operate/release time ensures real-time response for safety interlocks, lighting control, and solenoid drivers.
High Contact Stability: Maintains low contact resistance throughout 100,000+ operations, critical for low-level signal switching in sensor circuits.
Hermetic Sealing Option: Leakage rate ≤10⁻³ Pa·cm³/s protects contacts from dust, moisture, and corrosive atmospheres – suitable for under-hood and outdoor installations.
Versatile Compatibility: Works seamlessly with other YM components such as Aviation Microswitch, Hydraulic Circuit Breaker, and Aviation Temperature Sensor in integrated systems.
Installation & Wiring Steps
Pin Identification: Refer to the datasheet for coil terminals (typically pins 1 and 2) and contact terminals (common, NC, NO for each of the two poles).
PCB Mounting (through-hole): Insert relay into pre-drilled PCB holes. Ensure correct orientation (marked by a dot or notch). Solder at ≤350°C for ≤3 seconds per pin.
Socket Mounting (optional): Use a standard relay socket (e.g., 8-pin mini relay socket) for plug-and-play replacement.
Coil Connection: Apply rated coil voltage (12V or 24V DC). Do not exceed 10% tolerance.
Load Wiring: Connect loads to appropriate COM/NC/NO terminals. For DPDT, each pole can control independent loads (e.g., one for a motor, one for a warning light).
Functional Test: Energize coil and verify continuity between COM and NO; de-energize and verify continuity between COM and NC. Measure contact resistance (<50mΩ).
Integration with Sensors: For automated control, pair with Military Pressure Sensor or Aviation Haulage Pressure Sensor for pressure-based switching.
Application Scenarios
The NT75L A S F relay is deployed across automotive, industrial, and renewable energy applications:
Automotive Electronics: Headlight high/low beam switching, horn control (compatible with Military Electronic Horn), cooling fan relays, and power window circuits.
Commercial Vehicles (Trucks, Buses): 12V/24V system control for auxiliary lights, air conditioning clutches, and diagnostic interfaces.
Industrial Automation: PLC output expansion, conveyor system interlocking, and control of Aviation Cold Air Solenoid Valve in pneumatic systems.
Renewable Energy: Solar inverter control, battery management system (BMS) logic switching, and DC load shedding.
Enhanced System Reliability: 100,000-cycle electrical life and stable contact resistance reduce field failures and warranty claims.
Energy-Efficient Design: Low coil power consumption minimizes heat generation and extends battery life in 12V/24V systems.
Simplified PCB Integration: Standard footprint and pinout allow easy integration with existing PCB Board Relay and Automotive Relay layouts.
Global Compliance: Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 with RoHS and REACH compliance, supporting international export.
Cost-Effective Customization: Low MOQ for custom coil voltages, contact materials, and packaging – ideal for OEM programs.
